Trisha Kennedy, MSN, FNP-BC, NP-C holds a Master's Degree in Nursing and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

After relocating to the Atlanta area in 2007, Trisha desired to continue developing her expertise as an aesthetic provider. Upon carefully reviewing her options, she chose to join Newnan Dermatology. At that time, Newnan Dermatology was at a crossroads, having made the commitment to developing a cutting edge Skin Spa to service the entire Southern Metro Atlanta region. This was a perfect match, and the fruits of this collaboration are obvious when visiting The Skin Spa of Newnan Dermatology.

In addition to her role as director, Trisha also serves as the full time injector for The Skin Spa of Newnan Dermatology. After completing specialized training courses, Trisha performs Botox® and dermal filler injections.  Due to the growth of her aesthetic practice, The Skin Spa has become an Allergan Platinum Practice for Juvederm®, Botox®, and Latisse®, and honor bestowed to only about 5% of practices providing Botox® nationwide! 

Known for her ability to rejuvenate the face with cosmetic injectables, while maintaining a soft and natural appearance, Trisha has repeat clients from as far North as Washington, D.C., and as far west as Colorado.  Sought after for her expertise in the cosmetic application of botulinum toxin Type A as well as soft tissue augmentation with dermal fillers, Trisha also personally trains other nurse practitioners, nurses, physicians, and physician assistants to perform these procedures.  Trisha is a speaker for the Allergan Medical Facial Aesthetics ACE Speaker Panel.  Allergan is the maker of Botox®, Juvederm®, and Latisse®. 

She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the Nurse Practitioners' Society of the Dermatology Nurses' Association.  Trisha also serves as the Laser Safety Officer for the dermatology practice and is a Certified Aesthetic Consultant.
